ORIGIN
The Semillón like the Sauvignon Blanc come from the Curicó Valley while a small part of the Moscatel de Alejandría comes from the Itata Valley, specifically from the Quirihue area.
DESCRIPTION
Clear to the eye, this wild mix stands out for its citrus aromas of tropical fruit, composed of Lychee and Guava, with a slight accent of white flowers. On the palate it begins with a linear entry, followed by a very vibrant acidity together with a fresh and unforgettable finish. The Semillon brings creaminess and ageability, while the Sauvignon Blanc brings acidity and tropical fruit to the mix.
SUGGESTION
Ideal to accompany your adventure with seafood dishes, fish and unripened cheeses.
